Reports (Anonymised)

What Sample Reports Show You
A sample expert witness report allows solicitors, barristers and insurers to assess the quality and approach of an expert's work before committing to a full instruction. Reviewing sample reports answers the questions that matter most before engaging an expert: how does the report address the questions raised in the letter of instruction, how is the reasoning structured, and is the writing clear enough for a judge or tribunal member without WHS expertise to follow.
The samples available on this page are genuine expert witness reports that have been prepared for real proceedings. All identifying information, including client names, employer names, injury details, locations and case references, has been removed. The structure, methodology and analysis approach are intact and representative of the work product provided to instructing solicitors.
Each sample report has been reviewed to remove all information that could identify the parties, the incident location, the employer, the injured person or the proceedings. Generic descriptions replace specific identifying details. The legal reasoning, WHS analysis and methodology are unchanged.
