Karim Ali is a Fellow Chartered Health and Safety Professional of both the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS) and the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). He holds a Master's degree in WHS Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Over the past five years, Karim has prepared more than 100 independent expert witness opinion reports on public liability and workplace injury matters — consistently providing evidence-based, impartial analysis to assist the court. He is also Head of Occupational Safety at Origin Energy and Principal Consultant of SafetyDeeds Pty Ltd.
